Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Ensure you have double-checked your address before placing your order. We are not liable for undelivered shipments or returns (Return to Origin) due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an item is sent back to us for this reason, you will again need to pay the shipping cost to have it sent to your location.
College/Hostel/Office Deliveries

If you are ordering from a college, hostel, or office address, please ensure someone is available to collect the package.

If the package is refused or rejected by security, reception, or warden, we will not be responsible for any refunds or replacements.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or offer store credit if the item is out of stock.

Delivery Disputes
If your tracking status shows ‘Delivered’ but you have not received your package:

Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.

We cannot assist with disputes reported after 48 hours of the tracking update.
Cash on Delivery/COD Orders

Once you place a COD order, you will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation with the amount due at delivery.

Ensure you are available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

If a COD order is refused or not accepted, your ability to place future COD orders may be restricted.
