Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  4. Shipping Delays: Any delay caused by the courier service.

  7. Prepaid Order Rejection: If you refuse to accept a prepaid order at delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Make sure to mention your order number, attach a clear image of the sealed package with the address label, and describe the issue with the product.

Step 2: Approval Process

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a delivery partner will be assigned to collect the product.

Step 3: Hand Over the Product

Once the pickup is scheduled, ensure the product is securely packed. Hand it over to the delivery agent at the time of collection.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

After receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If everything meets our return criteria, we will process your return or exchange.

Return Guidelines

  1. The product must be unused and include original tags and the invoice.

  2. Pack the item securely to prevent any transit damage.

  3. Return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Product Refund Only: If eligible, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

  2. Processing Time: For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7 working days after the return pickup. COD refunds can take up to 15 working days.

  3. Card Payments: Refunds can take one full billing cycle to reflect.

Exchange Process

  1. If Available: A replacement will be provided if the item is in stock.

  2. If Not Available: You will receive store credit equal to the product amount (excluding shipping) within 3-7 days.

  3. Store Credit Validity: This can be used for future purchases within 3 months.
